The Cuisinart Cook Central Multi-Cooker makes it easy to prepare foods that require longer cooking times like roasts and steamed vegetables. It can also brown, sauté or even sear ingredients right in the unit, without the need for a stovetop. Thanks to the Multi-Cooker’s preset function buttons all you have to do is select the applicable cooking mode and the cooker does the rest. You can switch to Slow Cook or Roast modes during the heating process for easy combination cooking, too.
4 Fully Programmable Cooking Functions
The Cook Central Multi-Cooker offers 4 pre-programmed cooking modes that allow you to prepare nearly any food any way you want. There’s a standard slow cooking setting with High, medium and simmer heat settings, and a setting that allows you to keep food warm for up to 24 hours. In addition, the Cook Central can roast food at temperatures from 250-degrees F to 450-degrees F for up to 6 hours; brown, sauté and seer food with temperatures up to 500-degrees F; and steam foods for up to 90 minutes.
East Clean-Up and Dishwasher Safe
The worst part of cooking is the clean-up process, but the Cook Central Multi-Cooker makes clean-up easy. The cooking pot has a non-stick surface so food won’t burn or cake to the surface. It’s also dishwasher safe along with the glass lid. So you don’t have to scrub it by hand.
